Northside Park By The Lake
NorthSide Park is at the center of the new architectural composition of Bucharest. We built the entire concept to deliver consummate quality, thoroughly supported by the teams of experts who worked to make it happen – from the architects who had the ability from the start to carry a singular thought, to the teams of builders and professionals who understood this project and what it stands for.
The whole process was based on close collaboration. As we learned throughout the project, immense value is created when every idea you produce is subject to the scrutiny and critique of your partners. This process led to amazing results, because no one got away with anything.
From an early stage in the design stage, gardens and green spaces were a key factor for us. More than two-thirds of the total land has been dedicated to preserve and enrich the natural, lush and biodiverse environment. This is unprecedented in the situation of such an expensive land as the one on which NorthSide Park is located. We like to think we're the only developers forgoing building on so much land in favor of green spaces.
Each block has unobstructed views of either the landscaped gardens or the tree-lined park and of course the Grivița lake that undulates on either side of the estate. Built with immense responsibility, obsessive attention to detail and the highest quality finishes, each of the three blocks enjoys individuality while maintaining the same architectural language.
We worked diligently to make NorthSide Park exude the charm of a boutique project, but on a scale large enough to create the perfect place for a vibrant community to feel “Home".
